This dispensation, along with the petitions of twenty six brothers, was the beginning of a new lodge on February 16, 2005. Their Charter was granted by Grand Master Keith D. Chamberlain on June 13, 2005. The first officers were Horst Froelich WM, Fred Goering SW and David Hallas JW.
