The administration of the degree varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, though in most areas, the candidate for advancement is needed to become a Master Mason to become qualified with this degree. In Europe, Asia and Australia the objective Degree is conferred in individually warranted Lodges underneath the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons.
